I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your letter No. 42769/1905 of the 8th of December forwarding
an extract from a despatch from the Governor of Hong Kong
relating to the erection of a Clock Tower as a part of
the New Post Office buildings in that Colony.
2. We communicated the extract and the accompanying drawings &c., to the Consulting Architects, and I now enclose
a copy of their report upon the subject.
